Find the right entrance.
Look for building entrance 53 in Bloco 3, marked blue in the instructions.
Enter the building.
Use the 5-digit building code provided separately on the keypad beside the entrance door.
Go to the 3rd floor.
The lift is in front of the entrance; stairs also work.
Turn right.
When exiting the lift, turn right. Apartment 332 is at the end of the corridor.
Open the lockbox.
The lockbox with keys is beside the apartment door. Use the separately provided lockbox code.

Before arrival

  • Complete Portuguese guest registration on the LovelyStay Guest Page.
  • Confirm access details are visible on the Guest Page one hour before check-in.
